A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE WHATEVER LEGAL
ACTION MAY BE NECESSARY TO CLEAR TITLE TO
A PARCEL OF LAND AT THE OLD LANDFILL SITE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The City Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to take whatever legal action may be appropriate
and necessary to clear title to the following described parcel
of land, including condemnation:
A tract of land in the Nz, SE4, SW4,
Section 15 , T-1-N, R-12-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas , more particularly described as
follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the South
ROW line of the CRI&P Railroad and the
North line of said Nz, SE4, SW41 Section 15;
thence Southwesterly along said South ROW line
approximately 400 feet to the West line of
said NZ, SE4, SE4, Section 15; thence Southerly
102 . 3 feet; thence Easterly 755. 5 feet; thence
Northerly 330 feet; thence Westerly approximately
411 feet to the point of beginning, said tract
containing 5 acres , more or less .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
