A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELOCATION OF
BOND STREET BY THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock desires to relocate and
construct Bond Street within a 60 foot right of way of a tract
of land described as follows :
Part of SW4, SE4 of Section 12 , Township
1 North, Range 12 West, described as
follows :
Beginning at a point which is 57 .6 feet south
and 60 feet west of the NE corner of said
SW4, SE4, thence West for a distance of
448 .1 feet along the South right of way line
of Bond Street to the Easterly right of way
line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence
South 29° 30 ' E 960 . 3 feet along said easterly
right of way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad
to a point on the West right of way line of Bond
Street; thence North 40 33 ' West 158 .7 feet
along said West right of way line of Bond Street;
thence North 000 5 ' West 679 . 7 feet along the
West right of way line of Bond Street to the
point of beginning, containing 4 . 30 acres , more
or less; and
WHEREAS, it would be mutually advantageous to the City and
the Airport for the Airport Commission to provide the funds for
such relocation and construction along the western portion of
the above described parcel of land in consideration of the dedi-
cation by the City of the remainder of said parcel , together
with existing right of way of Bond Street to be vacated and
abandoned lying East of the herein described parcel of property,
all to airport uses and purposes for future expansion of the
airport.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby approves the relocation of Bond Street by the Little
Rock Municipal Airport Commission along the western portion of
a tract of land hereinabove described. In consideration thereof,
the City of Little Rock hereby commits to dedicate the remainder
of said parcel of land to airport uses and purposes for expansion
of the Little Rock Airport. Further, the City commits to vacate
and abandon Bond Street as now platted lying adjacent to and

immediately East of the hereinabove described tract of land
and dedicate such abandoned Bond street right of way for airport
purposes .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
