A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE ACQUISITION
OF THE CRISS AND SHAVER PROPERTY NORTH OF
LA HARPE BOULEVARD FOR THE CENTRAL LITTLE
ROCK URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock agrees to participate
with the Little Rock Housing Authority in the purchase of the
Criss and Shaver property north of La Harpe Boulevard for the
Central Little Rock Urban Renewal Project, and invites the said
Housing Authority to proceed with the negotiations for the pur-
chase of said property.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
