A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION "N" OF RESOLUTION
NO. 4, 756 , AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 5 ,171,
PERTAINING TO FEES PAID TO THE CITY BY GOLF
PROFESSIONALS FOR POWER CART RENTALS AT CITY
GOLF COURSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Section "N" of Resolution No. 4 ,756 , as amended
by Resolution No. 5 ,171 pertaining to fees paid to the City by
golf professionals from rental of power carts at city golf
courses is hereby amended to read as follows :
"N" . Power golf carts shall be provided and furnished
by the golf professional who shall pay to the City not
later than the 10th day of each calendar month a per-
centage of the gross receipts (exclusive of state sales
tax) for the rental charges therefor covering the pre-
ceding calendar month, as follows :
a) War Memorial - 15% of gross receipts (exclusive of
state sales tax)
b) Hindman Park - 30% of gross receipts (exclusive of
state sales tax)
c) Rebsamen Park- 221/2% of gross receipts (exclusive of
state sales tax)
Such payments shall be made to the Finance Department of the City.
The City reserves the right to approve rental charges for all
golf carts , both hand and power.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
