A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR A HEARING ON A PETITION TO
VACATE, ABANDON AND CLOSE THAT PORTION OF WEST 15th STREET
LOCATED BETWEEN UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND A POINT 125 FEEL'
OF THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE.
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 23rd day of June
1977, asking the Board of Directors to vacate, abandon and close that por-
tion of West 15th Street located between the West right of way line of
University Avenue and a point 125 feet West of the West right, of way line
of University Avenue, which portion of West 15th Street is located between
Block 3 Cox's Subdivision of Taylor & Bodeman's Subdivision and Block 58
Taylor & Bodeman's Subdivision, subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7'30 o'clock P.M., on the
6th day of September , 1977.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for
two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, -
Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
