WHEREAS , the Board of Directors on May 21 , 1974,
created by Ordinance No. 12 , 932 , Riverdale Levee Improvement
District No. 134 designating therein R. D. Rawn, Thomas E.
Downie and R. A. Lile as Commissioners of such district, and
WHEREAS , it has been brought to the attention of the
Board of Directors that R. D. Rawn has resigned his position
as Commissioner of such Improvement District, Now, Therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED, That Glen F. Rogers , a property
owner within Riverdale Levee Improvement District
No. 134 , be, and he is hereby, appointed Commissioner
of such District in place of R. D. Rawn, such ap-
pointment to be effective upon Glen F. Rogers '
taking the appropriate Oath of Office.
ADOPTED, this 1bt'1 day of August, 1977 .
