WHEREAS, due to the tremendous amount of publicity this
issue has received in recent days and due to the fact that any
further delay would serve no useful purpose and keep all parties
in suspense, and further, that it is important to show our new
neighbors and the financial institutions that made a commitment
of eight million dollars to invest in the growth of our City
that our commitments are above reproach.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors hereby ratifies and
affirms the action of the staff in authorizing and approving
the median cut in University Avenue at the 10th Street inter-
change permitting left turn for south bound traffic.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
