A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH
ARKANSAS POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY FOR CERTAIN
ELECTRICAL LIGHTING SERVICES AT THE LITTLE
ROCK ZOO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting in behalf of the City
of Little Rock, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement
with Arkansas Power & Light Company for certain electrical work
at the Little Rock Zoo, to include installation of cables ,
junction boxes , etc. from Ray Winder Field to the Zoo and the
Amusement Park. Cost for such services shall not exceed the sum
of $7 ,271. 00 , which funds are available in the City Budget.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
