A RESOLUTION REALLOCATING UNEXPENDED TITLE
III FUNDS RECEIVED THROUGH THE COMPREHENSIVE
EMPLOYMENT TRAINING ACT OF 1973; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby accepts the recommen-
dation of the Summer Youth Advisory Council and directs that Title III
funds received through the Comprehensive Employment Training Act of
I 1973 be reallocated as follows :
I a) $30 , 000 projected surplus in the Administration budget be
redistributed to EOA and Lonoke County, said county share
to be based on the formula allocation for that respective
area.
b) $68 ,602 projected surplus in On-The-Job-Training project
to be redistributed to Pulaski County and utilized by the
Economic Opportunity Agency and Faulkner County, 88% to be
be redistributed to Pulaski County and 12% to Faulkner
County.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
