A RESOLUTION RENEWING THE WRECKER SERVICE
FRANCHISE FOR WRECKER SERVICE WITHIN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; PROVIDING FOR CHANGES
IN RATES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That certain franchise to provide and maintain
towing and storage facilities for those vehicles which the
police authorities and other official authorities order removed
from the streets and other public areas and ways of the City of
Little Rock granted to Charles W. Tracy, Trek Wrecker Service,
Robert L. Burns , Barber Street Exxon, and A. R. Pendergrass ,
Penny ' s Wrecker Service is hereby renewed for a period of one
(1) year effective June 1, 1977.
SECTION 2. Rates to be charged for wrecker services as
authorized in Section 1 hereof shall be as follows :
Automobiles :
1st Tow $30. 00
2nd Tow 25 . 00
Trucks :
1 Ton and
over $ 50 . 00
Tractor
trailer 100. 00
City Vehicles: (Only for service initiated by the City)
Automobiles 22. 50
Trucks 35. 00
Service
calls 7. 50
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
