A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The following named persons are hereby appointed
to serve as members of the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts
Center, for four year terms commencing July 1, 1977 :
1. Mrs . E . Stewert Allen
2 . Mrs . Philip S. Anderson
3. Mrs . H. Tyndall tickinson
4 . Dr . Elery C. Gay, Jr.
5 . Mrs . Dave Grundfest, Jr.
6 . Ronald G . Kuerner
7 . Mrs . Frank E. McGehee
8. James Moses
9 . Dr. Charles M. Nolan
10 . William L. Patton, Jr.
11 . William Rice
12. Mrs . Grady Watkins , Jr.
Section 2 . The following named persons are hereby appointed
to serve as members of the Building Code Board of Appeals for four
year terms commencing May 12, 1977:
Mr. Bill J. Miller
Mr. W. M. Harman
SECTION 3 . Ann H. Razer is hereby appointed to serve as a member
of the Little Rock Sign Code Board of Review for a term to expire
April 1, 1978 .
SECTION 4 . The following named persons are hereby reappointed
to the Oakland-Fraternal Cemetery Board for three year terms , commencing
June 1, 1977:
S. Richard Sims
C. H. McCrory
R. E . Hawkins
Mrs . Inola H. Childress
Section 5 . Mr. Frank White is hereby appointed to serve as a
member of the Little Rock Port Authority for a five year term commencing
July 6, 1977 .

SECTION 6 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
