A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK TO MEET WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF ALL OTHER
CITIES AND TOWN COUNCILS IN PULASKI COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE
OF SELECTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PULASKI COUNTY EQUALI-
ZATION BOARD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Director A. M. "Sandy" Keith is hereby designated the representative
of the City of Little Rock to meet with representatives of all other cities and town
councils in Pulaski County pursuant to the call of the Mayor of the City of
Little Rock for the purpose of selecting a representative to the Pulaski County
Equalization Board pursuant to authority of Act 230, Acts of Arkansas of 1955,
as amended.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
