A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE TERMS OF
TRUSTEES OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . Effective with the adoption of this Resolution
terms of current appointees to the Board of Trustees of the
Arkansas Arts Center shall terminate on June 30 of the calendar
year in which each such term would expire. Further, future
appointments to said Board shall be for a term expiring June 30th .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
