A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE THERETO
BY THE LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY TO SELL ONE (1) ACRE
MORE OR LESS OF LAND IN THE LITTLE ROCK PORT INDUSTRIAL
PARK DISTRICT TO GEORGE F . BACHMAN AND GLADYS BACHMAN,
HIS WIFE; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A WARRANTY DEED
TO CONVEY SAID PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Port Authority pursuant to authority
granted to it has accepted an offer of George F . Bachman and Gladys
Bachman, his wife, to buy a plot of land being one (1) acre more or
less for the consideration of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15 , 000. 00)
cash. Said plot being a part of the Little Rock Port Industrial
Park District is identified asTractJ, Area 201.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock hereby
approves the sale of the above property to George F. Bachman and Gladys
Bachman, his wife, for the consideration aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is
hereby authorized to execute a Warranty Deed to be prepared by the
City Attorney and the City Clerk is directed to attest the same
conveying the described land to George F. Bachman and Gladys Bachman,
his wife.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
