A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO APPROVE PROJECTS UNDER PUBLIC SERVICE
EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS PURSUANT TO TITLE VI
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING
ACT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . Recognizing the need for expeditious processing
of project proposals for the purpose of meeting the Department of
Labor for Hiring schedules , the City Manager is hereby authorized
to approve projects for the Central Arkansas Consortium under the
Public Service Employment Program projects pursuant to Title VI of
the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
