A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED TO
LANDS TO BE USED AS A PLAZA AREA IN THE NEW
METROCENTRE AREA; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas does hereby
accept a Dedication Deed from the Housing Authority of the City
of Little Rock to a parcel of land located at the Northwest
corner of West Capitol and Main Streets in Little Rock to be
developed as a plaza area in conjunction with the Metrocentre
plan for development of the downtown area, which parcel of land
is described as :
The South 25 feet of Lot 7, Block 75 , Original
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
