A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RIGHT OF ACQUISITION OF
CERTAIN LANDS DESIGNATED IN THE MASTER PARKS
PLAN; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , a parcel of property described as the NE4 of the
SE4 of Section 20 , Township 2 North, Range 13 West, in Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas containing approximately 10 acres
south of Cantrell Road in the Piedmont Subdivision is now desig-
nated as part of the Master Parks Plan of the City of Little Rock,
being identified as park site 34NF; and
WHEREAS , it is the determination of the Board of Directors
that such site is no longer critical to the Master Parks Plan
and it is desired to release the subject property from said Park
Plan from any and all interest of the City of Little Rock.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. That certain parcel of property described as
the NE4 of the SE4 of Section 20 , Township 2 North, Range 13 West,
in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas containing approximately
10 acres and designated as park site 34 NF on the Master Parks
Plan of the City of Little Rock is hereby released from any
interest of the City of Little Rock and the City Manager is hereby
directed to cause said park site 34 NF to be removed from said
Master Parks Plan.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
