HomeMy WebLinkAbout5739 RESOLUTION NO. 5,739 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE BISHOP STREET BETWEEN 10TH STREET AND 11TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 2nd day of May, 1977, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon Bishop Street, between 10th and 11th Streets, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of Fitzgerald's Addition, now appearing of record in Deed Book AB, Page 263, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P. M. , on the 19th day of July 19 77 SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
