A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby
appointed to serve as members of the Board of Adjustment to
fill two new positions created pursuant to Ordinance No.
13, 279 of the Board of Directors passed May 3, 1977:
Mr. Kirby Smith - a three year term, to expire June 6 , 1980
Mr. Ray Fury - a three year term, to expire June 6 , 1980
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: June 7, 1977
