A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SUBMIT A PROPOSED CABLE TELEVISION ORDINANCE
TO THE CABLE TELEVISION INFORMATION CENTER
FOR REVIEW AND EVALUATION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF T
THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to submit a proposed cable television ordinance to
the Cable Television Information Center for review and eval-
uation to determine whether all Federal Communication Com-
mission rules and regulations have been met and whether the
ordinance meets the needs and demands of the municipality .
The cost for such study shall not exceed the sum of $600 .00 ,
which the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized to pay .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
