A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO W.C. McMINN
COMPANY, INC. OF LITTLE ROCK TO PERMIT ENCROACH-
MENT OF AN EXISTING STRUCTURE INTO THE PUBLIC
RIGHT OF WAY AT 900 HIGH STREET; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . W. C. McMinn Company, Inc. of Little Rock is
hereby granted a franchise to permit an existing structure to
encroach into the public right of way at 900 High Street in
the City of Little Rock. The description of such encroach-
ment is as follows :
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Lot 12 ,
Block 1, Fitzgerald Addition to the City of
Little Rock , for the point of beginning;
thence West 0. 97 ' ; thence North 4 . 4 ' , thence
Easterly 61. 6 ' ; thence South 3. 9 ' ; thence
West along the North line of said Lot 12
60 . 63' to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2 . This franchise is granted on the condition
that if at some time in the future it becomes necessary for
the City of Little Rock to utilize the said right of way for
any purposes deemed necessary, then upon sixty (60) days written
notice by the City , the owner of said property upon which the
encroachment exists shall be required to remove said encroach-
ment at its sole expense .
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
