A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION I . James C. Summerlln is hereby appointed to serve as a member
of the Board of Adjustment, to serve a three year term, which term shall
expire February 4, 1980.
SECTION 2, This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
