A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
LITTLE ROCK WASTEWATER UTILITY COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . Mr. J.A. Riggs III is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Little Rock Wastewater Utility Committee
for the remainder of a four year term, which term shall expire
August 1, 1980 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
