A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF A WORK PLAN TOGETHER
WITH A SITE SELECTION STUDY FOR NEW ANIMAL SHELTER FACILITIES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION I . The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare a Work
Plan together with a Site Selection Study, and procedures for selection of
architects together with projected costs for the relocation and construction
of new animal shelter facilities and present same to the Board of Directors

for their consideration of the matter when such Plan is completed.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
