A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE DUTIES , POWERS,
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OWNERSHIP OF ASSETS OF
THE MILK AND DAIRY DIVISION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO THE DIVISION
OF SANITARIAN SERVICES OF THE ARKANSAS DEPART-
MENT OF HEALTH; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . All duties, powers , responsibilities and
ownership of assets, including cash balances , of the Milk and
Dairy Division of the Little Rock Health Department are hereby
transferred effective July 1, 1977 to the Division of Sanitarian
Services of the Arkansas Department of Health, all pursuant to
authority of Act 409 , Acts of Arkansas 1977 .
SECTION 2 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to negotiate
with the appropriate authorities as may have responsibility in the
premises to effectuate the provisions of this Resolution and to
execute acting for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock such
document or documents as may be required.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
