A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE LITTLE ROCK
SCHOOL DISTRICT' S PROPOSED TAX MILLAGE
INCREASE TO BE USED FOR IMPROVING PUBLIC
SCHOOL FACILITIES AND EDUCATION; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby supports the proposed 2 mill tax increase of the
Little Rock School Board to be voted on the 8th of March, 1977
and further applauds the Plan of the District designed to main-
tain equitable racial balance in all public schools and improve
the level of education for all students.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
