A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE MATTER OF AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING AND CONTROLLING POLICE ALARM
SYSTEMS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. A public hearing on the matter of an ordinance
regulating and controlling police alarm systems is hereby set
for 7 : 30 p.m. on the 7th day of December, 1976 , said hearing
to be held in the Board of Directors ' Chambers , second floor,
City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
