RESOLUTION NO. 5,627
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF EASEMENTS FOR THE
USE AND BENEFIT OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL WATER WORKS
WHEREAS, the City is the Owner of the hereinafter described real property;
and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Municipal Water Works has requested that certain
easements be designated for the use of the Little Rock Municipal Water Works for
the purpose of laying certain pipelines on property already owned by the City;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Little Rock that said
easements be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas, be, and they
hereby are, hereby authorized and directed to execute right-of-way easements
conveying to the City of Little Rock for the use and benefit of the Little
Rock Municipal Water Works the following described real property situated in
Pulaski County, Arkansas in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) , to-wit:
Begin at the SW corner of the NE4 of the SE4 of Section 6,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, and run thence N 6°33'55"
E, 568.94 feet; thence N 2°10'32" E, 315.42 feet; thence
N 71°12'43" W, 145.44 feet to the point of beginning of the
easement; thence N 85°58'37" W, 713.74 feet to the point
of curvature of a curve to the right having a radius of
314.23 feet and a chord bearing of N 69°52'15" W; thence
along said curve for a distance of 171.86 feet; thence
N55°17'05" W, 431.55 feet to the point of curvature of a
curve to the left having a radius of 716.20 feet and a chord
bearing of N 71°35'27" W; thence along said curve for a
distance of 333.45 feet; thence N 84°55'48" W, 243.28 feet
to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having a
radius of 637.27 feet and a chord bearing of S 58°29'22" W;
thence along said curve for a distance of 812.90 feet; thence
S 21°54'33" W, 420.03 feet; thence S 58°19'33" W, 505.00 feet;
thence N 89°05'27" W, 555.00 feet; thence N 82°43'57" W, 290.29
feet; thence N 13°50'57" W, 343.18 feet; thence N 82°23'57" W,
20.3 feet more or less to the east right-of-way line of
University Avenue.
Also a temporary construction easement 15 feet in width adjacent
to each side of the above described permanent easement.

to each side of the following permanent easement: Begin at the
SW corner of the NE% of the SEA of Section 6, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West, and run thence N 6°33'55" E, 568.94 feet; thence
N 2°10'32" E, 315.42 feet to the point of beginning of the
permanent easement; thence N 71°12'43" W, 145.44 feet.

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its adoption.
