A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
hereby accepts the recommendations of the Little Rock Housing
Authority and appoints Mr. Ben Scroggin, Jr. as a member of said
Housing Authority for five years commencing October 31 , 1976 .
Said appointment will expire October 31, 1981 .
SECTION 2. The following named persons are hereby appointed
as members of the City Beautiful Commission as reestablished pur-
suant to Ordinance No. 13 ,204 , said appointments to be effective
October 19 , 1976 :
Mrs . Dorothy Davis )
Mr. James E. Mauney ) One year terms , from October 19 , 1976
Mr. Albert J. Porter) to October 19 , 1977
Mr. Theodore B. Hannah)
Mrs . Sally Phillips ) Two year terms , from October 19 , 1976
Mr. Jim C . Shearin ) to October 19 , 1978
Mr. William J . Gaskin )
Mr. James A. Vines ) Three year terms , from October 19 , 1976
Mrs . Joyce Wroten ) to October 19 , 1979
SECTION 3. The following named persons are hereby appointed
as members of the Clean City Committee as established pursuant to
Resolution #5 ,521 adopted April 20 , 1976 for one year terms effec-
tive October 19 , 1976 :
