RESOLUTION NO 5,612
A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF THE
MASTER STREET PLAN AND THE MASTER PARKS PLAN
AS SUCH PERTAIN TO A TRACT OF LAND KNOWN AS
RIVER VIEW MANOR SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
BUILDING PERMIT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Provisions of the Master Street Plan as
provided for in Ordinance No. 12 , 044 are hereby waived as such
applies to a tract of land lying along the Arkansas River be-
tween Overlook Park Addition and River Ridge Manor Addition,
which tract of land is known as River View Manor Subdivision
and is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof as though set out herein word
for word.
SECTION 2 . The Provisions of the Master Parks Plan, speci-
fically Park Site 2-AF, are hereby waived and said park site
is hereby released from any interest of the City of Little Rock
and the City Manager and Director of Community Services Depart-
ment are hereby directed to remove said park site from the said
Master Parks Plan. Said park site is contained in the tract of
land known as River View Manor Subdivision and is more particu-
larly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
SECTION 3 . The responsible personnel of the City of Little
Rock are hereby authorized and directed to issue a building
permit for such future improvements as may be constructed upon
the tract of land known as River View Manor Subdivision and
more particularly described on Exhibit "A" to this Resolution.
SECTION 4 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
