A RESOLUTION REPROGRAMMING FIRST AND SECOND
YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The following funds are hereby reprogrammed
within the Community Development Block Grant First Year Program
Funds :
a) $20 , 000 . 00 from the Twelfth Street Park Project
to the MacArthur Park Project for land purchase
and site improvements
b) $10 , 975 . 00 from the Twelfth Street Park Project
to the War Memorial Park Project for site
improvements
SECTION 2 . The following funds are hereby reprogrammed
within the Community Development Block Grant Second Year Pro-
gram Funds :
a) $10 ,000 . 00 from Second Year Community Development Block
Grant Program Contingency fund to Second Year Street
Project
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
