A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE MATTER OF REZONING 10500 WEST MARKHAM STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS : AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. A public hearing on the matter of rezoning
10500 West Markham Street from various zones to "E-1" and "F"
is hereby set for 7 : 30 o ' clock p.m. on the 5th day of October,
1976 , said hearing to be held in the Board of Directors ' Cham-
bers , second floor, City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by having said
notice published in a newspaper of general circulation in
Pulaski County at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
