A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE REPORT OF PINNELL, ANDERSON,
WILSHIRE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. PERTAINING TO TRAFFIC
SIGNAL IMPROVEMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors on June 17, 1975 authorized a
contract with Pinnell, Anderson, Wilshire and Associates, Inc. for
the preparation of a report on the City's traffic signalization which
study has been complete and the report prepared.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
hereby accepts the Written Report of Pinnell, Anderson, Wilshire and
Associates, Inc. pertaining to Little Rock Signal System Improvements.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
