A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO CONTRACTS WITH THE LITTLE ROCK
HOUSING AUTHORITY, ST . VINCENT' S INFIRMARY,
AND THE LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PRO-
VIDE CERTAIN SERVICES UNDER THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM COMMENCING
WITH THE 1975-1976 YEAR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Commencing with the Community Development
Block Grant Program for the year 1975-1976 , and continuing
yearly thereafter until changed by the Board of Directors,
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute contracts
for services , the consideration for which will be as is allo-
cated annually from the Community Development Block Grant funds
for such with the following entities to perform the services
set forth opposite each:
a) Little Rock Housing Authority - to provide administrative
services in implementing Community Development
Block Grant programs
b) St. Vincent ' s Infirmary - to operate out-patient
Health clinic
c) Little Rock School District - for the employment of
certified personnel to operate the Day Care
Center
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
