A RESOLUTION EMPLOYING JACK FROST AND COMPANY
TO PERFORM AN AUDIT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Jack Frost and Company, Certified Public
Accountants , is hereby employed as auditor for the purpose of
examining the business and accounts of the City of Little Rock,
and in such capacity shall serve at the direction of the Board
of Directors . This employment is for the year 1976 and subse-
quent years , but not to extend beyond 1978, providing the
services performed are satisfactory .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
