RESOLUTION NO. 5,558
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE STREET IN BLOCK 17 , BOWMAN' s ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 25th day of May ,
1976, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the
street in Block 17 of Bowman' s Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing
of record in Deed Book 31, Page 198 and Replat Book AB, Page 262,
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject,
however, to any public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 :30
o'clock P.M. , on the 3rd day of _ August , 19 76 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
