RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE STREET RIGHT OF WAY ADJOINING LOT 1 , BLOCK 30,
GARLAND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 7 day of June , 1976,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon 21 .7' of Parker
(Bond) Street right of way, adjoining Lot 1 , Block 30 of Garland
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as disijnated on the plat
of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 25 , in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, Subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in Said Street/Alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meet-
ing of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 : 30 o'Clock
p.m., on 3rd day of August , 1976.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
4 such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week
for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock,
ADOPTED: July 6, 1976
