A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO USER AND/OR SERVICE
FEES AND CHARGES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The policy of the City of Little Rock regarding
user and/or service fees and charges shall be to utilize service
charges or user fees to defray the cost of providing the various
public services rendered by the City of Little Rock in each and
every area thereof where such is at all feasible.
SECTION 2 . The City Manager and his staff are hereby
requested to develop for the consideration of the Board of
Directors proposed service charges and fees for the various
services provided by the City Government and further, to develop
proposed legislative changes for the consideration of the General
Assembly in such of the areas of service as rendered by municipal
governments where legislative enactment would be necessary.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
