A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION I . The following persons are hereby appointed to serve as
members of the Arkansas Arts Center Board:
Mrs. Phillip Carroll
Mr. James T. Dyke
Mrs. John B. Dyke
Mrs. Norman Farris
The said appointees shall serve for four year terms, said terms to commence
October I , 1976.
SECTION 2. The following named persons are hereby appointed to serve as
members of the Arkansas Historic District Commission for the term set opposite
each name:
Mr. James Strawn, Jr. , two year term, commencing June 15, 1976
Mrs. Annie Abrams, three year term, commencing June 15, 1976
Mr. Charles Witsell , three year term, commencing June 15, 1976
Mr. Sheffield Nelson, one year term, commencing June 15, 1976
Ms. Joan Baldridge, two year term, commencing June 15, 1976.
SECTION 3. Mr. Hardy L. Winburn, Jr. is hereby appointed to a five year
term as a member of the Little Rock Port Authority commencing July 6, 1976.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
