A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MINIMUM BALANCE TO
BE MAINTAINED IN THE CITY' S GENERAL AND STREET
FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock shall henceforth
maintain a minimum balance of One Million, Three hundred and
fifty ($1 , 350 ,000 . 00) dollars in the unappropriated aggregate
balance of the General and Street Funds . The City Manager
and Director of Finance are hereby authorized to take such
steps as may be necessary to effectuate compliance with this
Resolution.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
