A RESOLUTION RETAINING LLOYD, HAIGH, BROCK & COM-
PANY, LTD. TO MONITOR THE 1975 AUDIT REPORT RECOM-
MENDATIONS FOR CHANGES IN COMPUTER SYSTEMS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Lloyd, Haigh, Brock & Company, Ltd, who prepared
the Audit and Audit Report for the City of Little Rock for the
year 1975 is hereby retained to monitor and review changes in
the computer systems of the City of Little Rock as recommended
by their Audit Report for a period of six months from the date
of this Resolution and then to report their findings to the
Board of Directors in written form. Billing shall be on a
monthly charge for services rendered and shall be at the same
rate as charges to the City for the 1975 Audit Report.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
