A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE
BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS OF
A CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR THE USE AND BENE-
FIT OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL WATER
WORKS TO WILTON A. TREADWAY AND SARA
BELL TREADWAY, HIS WIFE
WHEREAS , the Board of Commissioners of the Little
Rock Municipal Water Works , by resolution duly enacted on
the /(p day of January, 1976, requested the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas to approve
the release of an easement across the hereinafter described
real property held in the name of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas for the use and benefit of the Little Rock Municipal
Water Works; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of Little
Rock, Arkansas be, and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a quitclaim deed on behalf of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas conveying to Wilton A. Treadway and Sara Bell
Treadway, his wife, the following described real property
situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to-wit:
An easement for the use and benefit
of the Little Rock Municipal Water
Works across the rear (Southwesterly)
25 feet of Wil-Ton Subdivision of
Pulaski County, Arkansas and 25 feet
in width adjacent to the Northwest
side of Lot 1, Wil-Ton Subdivision.
Said conveyance shall be for a cash consideration of One
Dollar ($1. 00) and other good and valuable consideration.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
