A RESOLUTION AtMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5 ,465 TO
CORRECT A LAND DESCRIPTION CONTAINED THEREIN
AND ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED TO LAND IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE USED FOR PARK PURPOSES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 5, 465 adopted December 16, 1975 is
hereby amended to correct an error in a land description contained
in said Resolution.
SECTION 2 . The City of Little Rock, Arkansas does hereby
accept a Warranty Deed from Philip Howard Thom, Jr. and Geraldine
M. Thom, his wife, Ronald H. Thom, Sidney M. Thom and Penelope B.
Thom, his wife conveying an undivided one fifth (1/5) interest in
the following described parcel of land to be used for public park
purposes :
Part of the SW4, NW4, Section 24 , T-1-N, R-12-W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
All of that part of the SW4 , NW4, Section 24, T-1-N, R-12-W,
lying west of Gillam Park road, except the north 250 ' there-
of, containing 17 acres, more or less .
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: February 3, 1976
