A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I . The following appointments are hereby made to the Board of
Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center for four year terms beginning October I ,
1975 and expiring October I , 1979:
Mrs. Harold Cabe
Mr. Richard Moore
Mrs. James Penick, Jr.
Mr. John Truemper, Jr.
Mrs. Harold White
The above named appointees will replace Ms. Anne Bartley,. Mr. James T. Dyke,
Mr. Robert Ritchie, Mr. Seth Ward and Mrs. Booker Worthen, whose terms will
expire October I , 1975.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
ADOPTED: July I , 1975
