A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO BALDWIN-
MEADORS and ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR CITY VEHICLE
LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR ONE YEAR; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for the purchase of
vehicle liability insurance on City owned vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bidder has
been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to authorize a contract for said liability insurance .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Baldwin-Meadors and Associates, Inc. , of
Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby awarded a contract to provide
vehicle liability insurance on all city owned vehicles , said
policy of insurance to be a one year noncancellable policy,
at a premium of $53 , 021. 00 . Funds for this insurance were
provided for in the 1975 City Budget.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
