HomeMy WebLinkAbout20739 2013051594 Received: 7/15/2013 3:51:09 PM Recorded: 07/15/2013 03:59:49 PM Filed& Recorded in Official Records of Larry Crane, ULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK 1 ORDINANCE NO. 20,735 ees$20.00 2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 20,461 TITLED THE 4 SHOPPES AT COLONEL GLENN SHORT-FORM PCD 5 (Z-3371-VV), 4600 COLONEL GLENN PLAZA DRIVE, LITTLE ROCK, 6 ARKANSAS; TO REVOKE A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT; AND FOR 7 OTHER PURPOSES. 8 9 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 20,461 was passed on August 16, 2011, establishing a planned zoning 10 district titled The Shoppes at Colonel Glenn Short-Form PCD, located at 11 4600 Colonel Glenn Plaza Drive; and, 12 WHEREAS, the development of the site plan as proposed for the Shoppes at Colonel Glenn Short- 13 Form PCD, located at 4600 Colonel Glenn Plaza Drive, has not occurred and the owner of the subject 14 property has requested the repeal of the "PZD" ordinance and restoration of the zoning classification as 15 previously existed. 16 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. 18 Section 1. That Ordinance Numbers 20,461 is hereby repealed, removing from the official zoning 19 map the classification PCD. 20 Section 2. That the property is described as: 21 Part of the NW '/o of Section 21, T-1-N, R-13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, 22 more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said NW 23 1/4, Section 21; thence N88°01'13"W, 739.76 feet; thence S01°37'25"W, 536.47 feet to 24 the point of beginning; thence N67°49'09"E, 215.30 feet; thence southerly along the arc 25 of a 380.0 foot radius curve to the left, a chord bearing and distance of S20°21'58"E, 26 21.59 feet; thence S68°00'26"W, 15.32 feet; thence S14°59'35"E, 313.16 feet to a point 27 on the north right of way line of Colonel Glenn Road, being 25.0 feet from the centerline 28 thereof; thence S67°41'25"W along said north right of way line, 306.96 feet; thence 29 N01°37'25"E, 363.87 feet to the point of beginning, containing 84,871 square feet or 30 1.9484 acres more or less and the underlying C-2, Shopping Center District, zoning `"„5111! 31 classification is restored to the property. � � CIR j sly& 1/es C13, , F Y �t71 `fiy t y om , >,'„1q of*,1 of 21 k 0 1 1 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 2 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 3 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof. 4 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 5 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 6 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 7 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 8 ordinance. 9 Section 5. Repealer.
