RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF A
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF
EAST 25TH STREET IN BRAGG'S SECOND ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed by the Exxon Corporation and
the Gulf Oil Company, U. S. , with the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas on December 2, 1974, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of East 25th Street located
between Blocks 36 and 42 of Bragg's Second Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Plat Book No. 2 at Page 44 in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject however to any public
utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
on the 7th day of January, 1975.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week
for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
