A RESOLUTION GRANTING SIGHTSEEING UNLIMITED, INC. ,
A SIGHTSEEING FRANCHISE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Sightseeing Unlimited, Inc. is hereby granted
for a term of three years from the date hereof a sightseeing
franchise in the City of Little Rock conditioned as follows:
a) Franchisee shall pay the privilege license fee as
provided for by ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
b) Franchisee shall be required to provide the services
herein authorized courteously and their contact with
the public will be carried out with the utmost respect
for those whom they serve.
c) Franchisee shall hold and save the City of Little Rock
harmless from any and all damage and/or causes of
action arising out of the operation of this franchise
and shall furnish the City a certificate of coverage
of public liability insurance .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
