A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE MASTER STREET PLAN OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Master Street Plan of the City of Little
Rock is hereby amended to reflect the revised route for the
Midtown Expressway from I-630 to the Riverdale property. This
change will allow the City and the Arkansas Highway Department
to more accurately execute right-of-way acquisition and conduct
future detail planning with respect to the proposed facility.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
