A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REIMBURSEMENT TO
CECIL M. BUFFALO AND MELBA R. BUFFALO, HIS WIFE,
OF THE SUM OF $15 ,564 .10 TO DEFRAY THE COST OF
RELOCATING SERVICE STATION IN RIGHT-OF-WAY AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF GEYER SPRINGS AND BASE-
LINE INTERSECTION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. From funds heretofore appropriated for the
Geyer Springs Improvement Project the City Manager and Director
of Finance are hereby authorized to issue a check in the amount
of $15 ,564 . 10 payable to Cecil M. Buffalo and Melba R. Buffalo ,
his wife , as reimbursement for costs expended in relocating
his service station situated in the right-of-way for Geyer
Springs Road Improvement Project in the Northeast corner of
Geyer Springs and Baseline Intersection.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
